The “Finca Los Pinos” is located in the province of Valencia, about 60 km south of the city of Valencia and 120 km north of Alicante.
Rótova is a small village, surrounded by orange groves, which is typical for this region. By car you drive to one of the many beaches of the Costa de Valencia or Costa Blanca in less than 20 minutes.
Less than 10 km from Rótova is the coastal town of Gandia, with 60,000 inhabitants and a commuter rail connection with the city of Valencia. Gandia is a typical Spanish town, with original Spanish lifestyle, not marked by the influence of tourism and has a very nice pedestrian shopping area. Only at the beach area you will find huge hotels behind the beautiful beach promenade, visited mainly by Spanish tourists in summertime. (About 40% of the tourists come from the Madrid area) attracted by the excellent sandy beaches: 700’000 m2 long, with awards like blue flag, ISO Norm 14.001-9001, EMAS (EU) and the Q for quality by Valencia Tourism. The next most “foreign focused” tourist town is Denia, about 40 km south.
The property is located on the outskirts of Rótova, in a beautiful valley with unobstructed views of cliffs and pine-forested mountains in a conservation area.
Half of the property with many fruit trees is framed by the river bed of Vernissa and leads water during the rainy season. From here a path leads directly into the surrounding mountains.
