Surroundings

Leisure:

Jogging and hiking on marked walking tracks that run by the house, like the PRV-100 leading to the nature reserve mountain area and the new GR-236, a middle age pilgrimage road called “Ruta de los Monasterios”, starting in the neighbouring village Alfauir and finishing in Alzira, close to Valencia.

Cycling and Nordic Walking (rental of material).

Climbing, horse riding, golf and other activities in the proximity.

Beaches:

Only a 15 minutes car ride separates you from the long and well maintained sandy beaches stretching from Gandía to Oliva. They are typical for the Southern part of the Costa Azahar and the subsequent Costa Blanca. You can either enjoy swimming and sunbathing or go for a long walk in the finest sand.

In summertime, the beach bars called „Chiringuitos“ at the beach of Oliva spread an almost exotic athmosphere. Refresh yourself with a chilly drink or simply enjoy the beach life.
